The Assam Academy of Mathematics (AAM), established on 18^th July 1986, is a non-profit volunteer academic organization dedicated to the promotion and popularization of mathematics in Assam with a mission to enhance the quality of mathematics education, encourage research activities, and build a platform for mathematics enthusiasts to engage, learn, and collaborate. Formed by a group of visionary mathematicians and educators, the Academy has played a pivotal role in nurturing mathematical talent, supporting teachers, and fostering a vibrant mathematical culture across the state for nearly four decades. AAM is registered under the Society Registration Act. XXI of 1860 with Registration No. 4097 of 1990-91.
