In pursuance of disaster management protocol owing to Covid 19 pandemic affecting the people all over the world, AAM decided to conduct the competition online. It was an hour long competition for the senior category of students (viz., IX, X and XI standard) only and the competitors participated in the competition from their own residences. Altogether 198 out of 457 candidates registered initially from all-over the State had appeared and Ms. Sunaina Pati of Sarla Birla Gyan Jyoti, Amingaon topped the list with a score of 70 out of 100. By virtue of being the topper in third category Ms. Sunaina Pati is qualified for the award of Subratananda Dowerah Gold Medal  sponsored by the family of late Dr. Subratananda Dowerah, an extraordinary Mathematician of Assam who met an untimely death at a very young age.

Following AAM convention the first five positions in order of merit have been sorted out as rank holders. AAM Talent Search Committee in consultation with leading office bearers of AAM Executive Committee have decided to award the rank holders with a cash prize of Rs.2000/- each.
